Andrew Carmellini is a New York–based chef and co-owner of NoHo Hospitality, best known for Café Carmellini at The Fifth Avenue Hotel in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. Café Carmellini is described on the restaurant’s official site as his signature restaurant and a return to fine dining after a 30-year career. His earlier New York group is associated with Locanda Verde, Mister Dips, Lafayette, and Carne Mare.
