Andy Lynam is the Head Chef of Bar & Restaurant EightyEight at Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire. Grantley Hall’s official profile says he is Ilkley-born and began his career at a local hotel before gaining experience in acclaimed UK kitchens including The Devonshire Arms, The Box Tree, and The Wild Rabbit. Grantley Hall later identified him as Head Chef of EightyEight, and a 2025 industry report noted he joined the hotel in 2024 as Sous Chef before being promoted.
