Angelo Agliano is the director and chef of Tosca di Angelo at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, where he joined in January 2019 and rebranded the restaurant under his name. He is identified in multiple current listings as the chef leading the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant on the hotel’s 102nd floor, and a 2019 interview states he had previously worked at L’Atelier in Hong Kong and Taipei before opening La Locanda dell’Angelo in Happy Valley.
