Angelo Wong is a Hong Kong-born chef associated with Yí at Morpheus, City of Dreams Macau, where he has been identified as Executive Chef and, in earlier coverage, as Chef de Cuisine. Official and trade sources describe him as a contemporary Chinese chef who has over 20 years of culinary experience and creates seasonal menus shaped by the 24 solar terms and local Macanese ingredients. He previously worked at Greater China Club and led the Hong Kong opening of Howard’s Gourmet in October 2015, and he was also reported as a member of the Hong Kong Culinary National Team from 2016 onward.
