At Villa Creek Winery, Anthony worked as winemaker in the daily mechanics of production, where the job is to move fruit through fermentation and élevage without losing definition. He then shifted into consulting winemaker work at Sixmilebridge Vineyards in Paso Robles, and later held the same consulting role at Cimento in The Rocks/Walla Walla. Taken together, those roles show a career that moved from direct cellar responsibility into advisory work across different places and expressions, with range built on the same production backbone. Today, Anthony is winemaker of Denner Vineyards, while also serving as consulting winemaker of Riise and consulting winemaker of Atlas Lake. The titles map a working style that favors attention over display and structure over noise. It is a practical roster, and that practicality reads in the work.
