i. Biography
Antoine Bétrisey is a Valais-based Swiss winemaker and grape-grower associated with Cave Antoine et Christophe Bétrisey in St-Léonard, where the family estate was taken over by Antoine and his brother Christophe in 1993. Antoine is responsible for the vineyard and is an engineer ETS in viticulture trained at the Changins school, while the winery highlights its work with 15 hectares on the slopes of St-Léonard and Uvrier and its VINATURA ecological approach.
