Antonio Flores

Antonio Flores is the winemaker and master blender at González Byass in Jerez. A central figure in the house's sherry program, he interprets the vineyards, biological ageing under flor, and the solera systems behind wines including Tío Pepe. González Byass's current Sherrymaster program places him alongside his daughter Silvia Flores to explain the firm's vineyard work, bodega history, wine styles, and gastronomic pairings.
