Antonio Flores

Antonio Flores is the winemaker and master blender at González Byass in Jerez de la Frontera, the sherry house behind Tío Pepe. He joined González Byass in 1980 and is credited with work on the Tío Pepe Cuatro Palmas and the classification of the company’s “liquid archive,” which led to its historical bottle collection. He has also been described by Wine Spectator as head winemaker and master blender at González Byass, and by The World’s 50 Best Vineyards as the winemaker for Bodegas Tío Pepe (González Byass).
