Silvia Flores

Silvia Flores is a third-generation winemaker and assistant master blender at González Byass in Jerez. She joined the company in 2017 after experience in hospitality and wine retail and now works within its twelve-person winemaking team. Her responsibilities include monitoring flor and helping make biologically aged sherries such as Tío Pepe and Viña AB. Working alongside her father, master blender Antonio Flores, she helps preserve the house's cellar legacy while making sherry more accessible through education, tasting, and contemporary communication.
