António Sousa is the estate’s enologist and winemaker, with his name listed on the winery’s contact page and on multiple wine product pages for 2024 releases. He is a consultant winemaker for Quinta de Gomariz and the winemaker for Quinta de Linhares in Portugal’s Vinho Verde region. Evidence gathered does not support the chef role anchor, and the person appears to be a winemaker rather than a chef.
