i. Biography
Arthur Muller is a chef associated with Auberge Saint-Antoine in Québec City, where he was reported as chef du restaurant Chez Muffy in 2024 and as co-chef alongside Alex Bouchard in coverage of the property’s culinary program. He is originally from Strasbourg, France, began cooking in Alsace, and moved to Québec in July 2017 to work specifically at Auberge Saint-Antoine. He has also been described as executive chef of Chez Muffy and as part of the Auberge Saint-Antoine culinary team that developed a bistronomy-focused approach during the pandemic.
