Asimakis Chaniotis

Asimakis Chaniotis is an Athens-born chef who built his career at Pied à Terre in London, where he joined in 2012 and rose to executive chef in 2017. He earned a Michelin star for Pied à Terre by age 27 and later opened Myrtos in South Kensington, bringing his Greek heritage to a restaurant named after the Kefalonian beach of his childhood summers. He has also been described as a former executive chef of Pied à Terre after leaving the role in 2024, with Myrtos presented as his own project in 2025.
