Aurélien Blanc is a French sommelier associated with Pavillon at Baur au Lac in Zurich. He was named Meilleur Sommelier de Suisse 2018 and, as of 2020, served as president of the German-speaking section of the Swiss Association of Professional Sommeliers (ASSP).
