i. Biography
Chris Ward is a sommelier and bar manager at The Plumed Horse in Saratoga, California. Chris has been a certified sommelier since 2014, has curated wine programs for top South Bay restaurants, and consulted on private collections. He also brought cocktail expertise to the venue’s bar program and earned 2nd in the U.S. Regionals and 6th globally at the No. 3 Gin Unrivaled Classics Competition in Europe in 2024.
