Jeffrey Perisho is the sommelier and wine director at The Plumed Horse in Saratoga, California, where he joined in 2008 after developing an interest in wine as an undergraduate at USC. He helped restore the restaurant’s cellar to Wine Spectator Grand Award status and is credited by the restaurant with passing the Advanced Sommelier Exam. him is sommelier & Wine Director, and Wine Spectator lists him as Wine Director for the restaurant’s Grand Award profile.
