Aurélien Rivoire

Aurélien Rivoire is a French pastry chef and chocolatier from Lyon who trained in restaurants including La Cour des Loges, Le Meurice, 1947 Cheval Blanc Courchevel, and the Pavillon Ledoyen group before co-founding Alléno & Rivoire with Yannick Alléno in Paris. He served for years as chef pâtissier and later chef pâtissier exécutif for Yannick Alléno’s Paris restaurants, then helped launch the chocolate boutique and brand in late 2021.
