Barbara Öhlzelt is the owner and winemaker at Weingut Barbara Öhlzelt in Zöbing, Kamptal, where she has pursued her wine project since 2004. Her estate focuses on white wines, especially Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, and also produces Kamptal Verjus in collaboration with her husband, chef Karl Schwillinsky.
