i. Biography
Barry Dry is the CEO and founder of Parched Hospitality Group, a Brooklyn-based hospitality company behind concepts including Hole in the Wall, Isla & Co., Daintree, The Sentry, and Wallflower in New York and beyond. He is originally from Perth, Australia and moved to New York in 2011 after working in finance, then launched his first hospitality venture, Hole in the Wall, in 2014. He is a restaurateur building a multi-concept portfolio and expanding the group nationally.
