    Beata Śniechowska is a Polish chef and restaurateur based in Wrocław, where she leads BABA and Młoda Polska Bistro. She is the chef behind BABA; the restaurant received one Michelin star, making her the first woman in Poland to lead a Michelin-starred restaurant as chef-owner. She won the second Polish MasterChef edition before building her restaurant career in Wrocław.
