Ben Hammond appears to be a Louisiana-born chef whose culinary career has centered on New Orleans’ Link Restaurant Group, where he is listed as Director of Culinary Development. A 2015 interview says he trained at the New England Culinary Institute, completed an internship at Gramercy Tavern in New York City, studied French cooking in Southwest France, and was then Executive Chef for the Link restaurant group while working with Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski.
