Benoît Amirault

Benoît Amirault is the son of Yannick Amirault and has worked at Domaine Yannick Amirault in Bourgueil since 2003, after six years of wine studies and prior work at another Loire winery. He became associated with the estate’s direction in 2008 and is described in later sources as taking over the estate from his father in 2018, with the domain operating organically in Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. Benoît is winemaker/cogérant of the family domaine.
