i. Biography
Benoît Dorsaz is a Swiss winemaker and viticulturist based in Fully, Valais, who has led the family estate since 1986. His estate is organically evolving and dynamic, and later as biodynamic, with certified BioSuisse and Demeter practices on a small holding of about five hectares in Fully. The domaine notes that after nearly 60 years, Benoît and Maryline Dorsaz retired and transferred the business to Caroline Frey.
