Bin Lu

Bin Lu is the chef de cuisine at Harrimans Grill at Salamander Middleburg in Middleburg, Virginia. Salamander’s official dining page says he joined from The Restaurant at Blue Rock, where he was executive chef and general manager, and that he previously led the kitchen at Pineapple and Pearls in Washington, D.C. The same source says he was born in Shanghai, raised in the United States, and discovered cooking during his college years at the University of Virginia.
