Björn Inniger is the chef-patron of Restaurant Alpenblick in Adelboden, where he serves cosmopolitan modern cuisine with a strong regional focus. He took over the Alpenblick from his parents in 2014, and the family operation later expanded to include his wife Marianne as part of the business.
