Boris Champy

Boris Champy is the founder and winemaker of Domaine Boris Champy in Nantoux, Burgundy. An oenologist originally from Champagne, he spent ten years at Dominus Estate in Napa Valley, then served as technical director at Louis Latour and estate manager at Clos des Lambrays before creating his own domaine. His estate focuses on the Hautes-Côtes and an agroecological approach to winegrowing; its transition from Didier Montchovet began during the 2019 harvest.
