Borja García is a Catalan chef associated with Ultramarinos Marín in Barcelona’s Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighborhood, where he opened the restaurant in 2020 after running the kitchen at Dos Pebrots. He is a chef who previously worked at Etxebarri and Noma, and who leads a market-driven, wood-fire-focused kitchen.
