Brant Porter is the bar manager at Humboldt Bar in Victoria, British Columbia, where he leads the team and vision behind the venue. Brant Porter has more than 10 years of bartending experience and has led several bar programs, including Veneto, Bartholomew’s Public House, and Little Jumbo.
