Brian Turner

Brian James Turner CBE is a British chef, writer, and television personality based in London. He began his hospitality career at his father’s transport café in Leeds before co-launching the Capital Hotel in 1971 and opening Turner’s in London’s Chelsea in 1986. Turner has also served in major industry leadership roles, including president or honorary president of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and long-term leadership with FutureChef and the Bocuse d’Or UK team.
