The Path
Briana Valdez trained at St. Edward’s University before beginning her career in Los Angeles, where she worked first as an interior design worker and then in the spa and massage industry. She later became a host at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills (2009–2013), a role that sharpened her sense of hospitality and rhythm. Today, Briana is founder and ceo of HomeState (since 2013).

Since 2013, Valdez has led HomeState as founder and CEO in Los Angeles. That title is the center of her work today: not a past credit, not a side note, but the role that defines her public career.
