C.J. Jacobson

C.J. Jacobson is an Orange County-born chef and former professional volleyball player who graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu-affiliated College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena in 2004. He worked in California kitchens including Axe, Campanile, The Yard, and Girasol, staged at Noma in Copenhagen, and later became chef partner for Lettuce Entertain You concepts Ēma and Aba. He also appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef and won Top Chef Duels in 2014.
