i. Biography
Camden Winkelstein is the co-founder and head distiller of Bellemara Distillery in Hillsborough, New Jersey, where he focuses on single malt spirits and handcrafted cocktails. He is a former U.S. Navy submarine officer who later earned an MSc in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh after studying at Cornell University and working in engineering and industrial management. Bellemara opened in December 2021 and has been profiled as New Jersey’s first single malt distillery.
