i. Biography
Carolina Bazán is the chef-owner of Ambrosía in Vitacura, Santiago, and Ambrosía Bistro in Santiago, where she has built a locavore, French-influenced style centered on Chilean produce. She opened the original Ambrosía in central Santiago in 2003, later relaunched it in 2013 in a new Las Condes location, and in 2019 received Latin America’s Best Female Chef.
