Cassidee Dabney is the Executive Chef of The Barn at Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee, where she has led the kitchen since being promoted in 2015. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, she built her career through kitchens in Germany, Boston, Atlanta, Hawaii, Arkansas, Wyoming, and the Four Seasons group before joining Blackberry Farm in 2010 as a sous chef. Her cooking centers on Blackberry Farm’s seasonal Foothills Cuisine, using produce grown on property and emphasizing Appalachian-inspired, ingredient-driven menus.
