Cathrine Østerberg is the scientific ice cream maker behind Østerberg Ice Cream in Copenhagen’s Østerbro district, where she produces and sells handmade ice cream. She studied the science of ice-cream structure in Canada as part of her master’s work at the University of Copenhagen Public listings also describe her as the owner/director of Østerberg Ice Cream and note that the brand operates in Copenhagen and Vietnam.
