i. Biography
Cécile Roudaut joined Rémy Cointreau in July 1997 in Research & Development and later became Master Blender for St-Rémy in June 2016, succeeding Martine Pain. She has also taught sensory analysis and food biochemistry at the University of Angers for many years., she received Blender of the Year at The Spirits Business Awards for her work with St-Rémy.
