Celia Jiménez

Celia Jiménez Caballero is a Spanish chef from Córdoba who became the first Andalusian woman to earn a Michelin star while serving as head chef at El Lago in Marbella. She later led R&D at Bodegas Campos and directed the culinary school in Córdoba before opening Restaurante Celia Jiménez in Córdoba in 2015. Her cooking is rooted in traditional Cordoban and Andalusian flavors, with a strong emphasis on local products.
