i. Biography
Chan Chak-keong is the Executive Chinese Chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel in Macau. With over three decades of culinary experience, he conducted extensive field research across Sichuan, Hunan, and Northern China before opening Feng Wei Ju in 2014, leading it to achieve two Michelin stars consecutively starting.
