Chef Cédric Béchade

Cédric Béchade is the chef and proprietor of L'Auberge Basque in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, where La Table de Cédric Béchade is listed as the restaurant. He bought the auberge in 2006 and opened the house in 2007, later earning a Michelin star in 2009 and recognition from Gault&Millau and Pudlo. He is cooking from the local Basque terroir, blending regional products with contemporary presentation.
