Training at Jones College, Everetts University, and Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts gave Chef Nena a base that can move across kitchen work, catering, and maritime service. That range shows up in the roles that follow: Merchant Mariner of Edison Chouest Offshore, contracted by the U.S. Navy; founder / chef of Creative Catering by Chef Nena; and Executive Chef at Beach Restaurant in Itacaré, Brazil.
