Chris Bianco is the chef-owner of BIANCO Restaurants, known for starting Pizzeria Bianco in 1988 in the back corner of a Phoenix grocery store and helping drive the artisanal pizza movement. He later expanded the brand to multiple locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Los Angeles, California, including Pane Bianco in Phoenix and a Los Angeles outpost of Pizzeria Bianco.
