Chris McFall is the Wine Director at SingleThread Farm in Healdsburg, California, where he oversees the restaurant’s beverage program, including a large wine list and non-alcoholic offerings. Before SingleThread, he developed beverage programs at the two-Michelin-starred Lazy Bear in San Francisco and was named Best New Sommelier by Wine & Spirits Magazine in 2012.
