Tony Greenberg is the co-owner of SingleThread in Healdsburg, California, and CEO of Vertice Hospitality Management. SingleThread describes him as a real estate hospitality developer and entrepreneur who oversees acquisitions, development, and finance for Vertice while leading executive leadership, operations, and finance teams at SingleThread. Prior to SingleThread, he led 4W Venture Partners, a Manhattan-based real estate development and investment firm focused on specialty hospitality, and earlier served as VP of Finance and Development for the Hudson Yards Development Corporation in New York City.
