Christian Kuchler

Christian Kuchler is a Swiss chef associated with Gasthaus Schupfen in Diessenhofen and later with the family-run Taverne zum Schäfli in Wigoltingen, where he became chef de cuisine and co-owner. He was named Gault Millau’s Discovery/Entdeckung of the Year in Eastern Switzerland in 2010, and later led Taverne zum Schäfli to Michelin-star recognition, including two stars cited in 2017 coverage.
