Christina Brown is the Wine Director at Blue Bovine Steak + Sushi House in Toronto, part of Liberty Entertainment Group. She earned a Certified Sommelier designation from the Court of Master Sommeliers and completed advanced training through Ian D’Agata’s 3IC specialist courses. It also says she previously the wine program at BlueBlood Steakhouse at Casa Loma before opening Blue Bovine and launching the Bovine Wine Club.
