Christophe Bacquié is a three-Michelin-star French chef born in Corsica, who earned his first Michelin star and second at La Villa in Calvi, Corsica, and a third star at Restaurant Christophe Bacquié in Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, Provence. Named Meilleur Ouvrier de France, he left Le Castellet in 2023 to open his own restaurant, Le Mas des Eydins - Christophe Bacquié in Provence, which received two Michelin stars. His career includes formative stages at L’Oasis in Mandelieu-La-Napoule and Prunier in Paris.
