Christopher Mark is the Co-Founder of Black Sheep Restaurants in Hong Kong, a hospitality group he established. Prior to founding the group, he worked as an executive chef and partner at Dining Concepts in Hong Kong to 2011. His culinary career spans kitchens across Toronto, Shanghai, Bridgetown, and Hong Kong.
