Claudia Parigi

Claudia Parigi is the maître d’hôtel and sommelier at Lunasia in Viareggio. She is from Livorno and has spent about twenty years working across Tuscany, England, and Scotland in prestigious hotels and restaurants, including assisting the chef sommelier at The Fat Duck in Bray during Lunasia’s renovation.
