Clément Briand-Seurat is the chef behind Céna in Montpellier, a gastronomic restaurant in the Écusson at 2 place Pétrarque. A local press report says he left Le Pic-Loup after three years to open Céna in Montpellier, and the restaurant was launched in partnership with the Tandem group.
