Colin Chia is a Singapore-based hospitality entrepreneur and bartender who founded Nutmeg & Clove in Singapore in 2014. Official and trade sources describe him as the founder of Nutmeg & Clove, a bar and restaurant at 8 Purvis Street focused on Singapore history, modern Singapore cuisine, and progressive cocktails. He is also identified in industry coverage as one of the creators of Bangkok's #FindTheLockerRoom, a collaborative bar project with other Asian bartenders.
