i. Biography
Amado Forés is a Filipino restaurateur and founder of AF Hospitality, which he has led since 2019. AF Hospitality’s portfolio includes a mano, Ramen Ron, and Steak & Frice; Steak & Frice opened in 2023 in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, as his steakhouse concept. In 2025, reporting indicated he had stepped in to lead the broader family restaurant businesses tied to his late mother Margarita Forés, including Cibo, while continuing to oversee AF Hospitality.
