i. Biography
C.P. Lin is a winemaker associated with Mountford Estate in Waipara, North Canterbury, New Zealand, where he has been described as the estate’s winemaker and a specialist in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Coverage in Decanter and other wine publications shows he had a long working relationship with Mountford Estate, including a reported departure after 16 years in 2015 and a later return to winemaking at the estate. He has also been profiled as a blind winemaker and has worked in consulting roles beyond Mountford, including in Australia’s Hunter Valley.
